Steven Mark Gurney

August 12, 1962 to November 28, 2024

Steven Mark Gurney, of Crawfordsville, passed away at Hickory Creek of Crawfordsville on November 28, 2024. He was 62.

Born in Brazil, Indiana to H.A. and Dixie Lutz Gurney on August 12, 1962. Steven worked with Ability Services. He loved to babysit his nieces and nephews, enjoyed any time he got to go to Church and he always had a shit-eating grin on his face with his big dimples.

Surviving family includes: brother, Dennis Lee Gurney; sisters Dawn (Keith) Handwork and Jennifer Jost; and several nieces and nephews.

Steven was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Allen Dale Gurney, Adelbert Eugene Gurney, and James Andrew Gurney; two sisters who died at birth, Kimberly and Debra.
