Obituary

Marsha Bradley, 80, of Crawfordsville, formerly of Carmel, passed away Tuesday evening, Sept. 23, 2025, at Mulberry Health.

Born on March 22, 1945, in Marion, Indiana, Marsha was the daughter of the late William Seibert and Marjorie Vey Seibert. She graduated from Speedway High School and went on to earn a bachelor's and master's degree from Miami University in Ohio before earning another degree from Butler.

She began her career as an English teacher at Speedway High School. After the birth of her daughters, she became a stay-at-home mom, pouring her heart and soul into raising her family. She was an active Girl Scout leader, president of the PTO, and an avid marching band fan. When her daughters were older, she returned to teaching before starting her favorite job as a writer for Trap and Field Magazine. She loved to travel and interview people for her articles.

Marsha had a servant's heart and loved doing things for others. She was a lifelong animal lover, caring for multiple dogs and even nursing puppies back to health. She cherished her time with her grandchildren and had a special bond with Konnar, who lived with her for a year, and Elsie, who cared for her in the final months and days of her life. She also loved shopping and spoiling all of her grandkids at Christmas.

She was married to Steven Bradley D.D.S. for 50 years before he preceded her in death on Oct. 30, 2019.

Surviving family includes: two daughters, Amy Pollak (Steve) of Fishers and Alisa Haworth (Mat) of Darlington; six grandchildren, Konnar Haworth (Sarah), Donavan Haworth, Drew Pollak, Hunter Haworth, Carter Pollak, and Elsie Haworth; and sister-in-law Kathy and brother-in-law Dave Johnson.

A small graveside service will be held Friday, Sept. 26th at 1:30 p.m. in the Carmel Cemetery with Chaplain Jeff Stedge officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Burkhart Funeral Home. A larger celebration of life and birthday party will be held in March. Details will be provided as they are finalized.

In honor of her love of animals, the family asks that donations be made to Pink Heart Rescue, 6815 E. Woodland Court, Mooresville, IN 46158.
