Leslie Dianne Allen of Lafayette, formerly of Crawfordsville, passed away Tuesday afternoon.  She was 58.

Leslie was very devoted to her family and friends.  She was a talented artist who a spent considerable time creating lovely pieces of art.  She also loved going to Dave Matthews concerts.

Born March 5, 1964 in Lafayette, she was the daughter of James and Helen Lewis.  She graduated from high school in California and took several professional classes.  She married Charles Allen on April 3, 1993.

Surviving family includes: husband, Charles Allen of Lafayette; two sons, Dane Lewis (Malisa) and Chase Allen (Dakota); daughter, Madison Allen (Nathan); mother, Helen Lewis; sister, Tracy Lewis; three granddaughters, Lilly, Rozie, Ashayla; three grandsons, DeShawn, LeBron and Brevin.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Lewis.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM Monday, April 18 ^th at Burkhart Funeral Home, 201 W. Wabash Avenue, Crawfordsville.
