Lawrence E. Baldwin

Lawrence E. Baldwin of Lafayette, formerly of Crawfordsville, died on Oct. 29, 2021 at Signature Healthcare after an extended illness.

He was born Jan. 5, 1933 to Everett and Fannie Baldwin.

He is survived by: his wife, Patricia Baldwin of Lafayette; two sons, Steve and Larry of Lafayette; two daughters, Karen Birchfield and Kathy Baldwin, both of Lafayette; brother, James Michael Baldwin of Crawfordsville; grandchildren, Nathan and Stephanie Turner, John and Matthew Birchfield, Jennifer, Jason, Dawn Baldwin and Brittney Baldwin; seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, Nancy Miller, Frieda Woodall, Helen Ford and Hattie Nelson.

Visitation is from 11 AM to 1 PM Monday at Burkhart Funeral Home, 201 W. Wabash, Crawfordsville.  Services will begin at 1 PM.  After which, he will be laid to rest at the Oak Hill Cemetery Mausoleum.
