Joseph Earl Brady II

Joseph Brady of Crawfordsville passed away at home Wednesday morning.  He was 63.

Joe was an electrician most of his life.  He loved yard sales and was a NASCAR fan.  He was very much an outdoors person, he enjoyed camping, hiking, mushroom hunting, squirrel and rabbit hunting, as well as fishing.  He was also quite the prankster.

Born Dec. 2, 1959 in Crawfordsville, he was the son of Joseph Earl Brady and Mary Martha Douglas Brady.  He graduated from Crawfordsville High School and attended Indiana State.  He married Frances Stingley and she survives.

Surviving family includes: wife, Frances Brady; five step-children, Brian Troxel, Richard Stingley, Anthony Stingley, Jeremiah Pickett (Brittney), Ashley Price (Jorge); brother, James Brady (Julie); sister, Wanda Bell (Kevin); fifteen grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Joseph Brady, brother, Mark Hunt and sister-in-law, Sandy.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 PM Saturday, May 27th at Burkhart Funeral Home.  A service will be held at 7 PM.
