Daniel Heath Burns of Crawfordsville passed away Wednesday, July 7.  He was 41.

Heath was born March 3, 1980 in Crawfordsville to Daniel E. Burns and Charlene S. Burns.  He attended Crawfordsville schools.

Surviving family includes: parents, Daniel and Charlene Burns; sister, Tiffany Reeves; two daughters, Josielee Burns and Kylee Emmons; grandmother, Janice Cook; nephew, Mitchel Reeves.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Cameron and Marjorie Burns, maternal grandfather, Charles Cook and great-grandparents, Frank and Eula Haslam.

Services will be private.  Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Burkhart Funeral Home.
