Cathy Cash, formerly of Crawfordsville and Avon, passed away Saturday night at Franciscan East in Lafayette after a series of health issues.  She was 62.

Born April 21, 1959 in Crawfordsville, she was the daughter of Malcolm Cash and Judith Debard Cash.  She graduated from Crawfordsville High School and Ivy Tech, with a degree in nursing.  She worked as a nurse in Crawfordsville, Indianapolis and Avon, as well as travelling as a hospice nurse.  She dedicated most of her life to her work.

Surviving family includes: sister, Carla Petrulionis of Lafayette; niece, Kaylin Petrulionis and several cousins.

She will be laid to rest at the Oak Hill Mausoleum in a private family gathering.  Arrangements were made through Burkhart Funeral Home.
