Ann Yount of Crawfordsville passed away Wednesday night at home.  She was 90.

Mrs. Yount was a member of the Darlington Methodist Church and president of the board for the St. James Lutheran Cemetery.  She worked with her husband as the bookkeeper at his business, Farmer's Feed and Grain.  She was a graduate of Darlington High School.

Born April 25, 1933 near Darlington, she was the daughter of Virgil Grimes and Mary Hopkins Grimes.  She married George Yount on November 10, 1951.  He passed away July 9, 2004.

Surviving family includes: daughter, Donna Hughes (Garth) of Reelsville; two grandchildren, Larisa Feltner (Rob) of Shelbyville, Tennessee and Cooper Hughes of Reelsville; sister, Martha Lou Thompson (Loris) of Danville, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son, Dennis Yount and a brother, Allen Grimes.

There will not be a public viewing.  Private graveside services will be on Monday, July 24th at the St. James Lutheran Cemetery, east of Darlington.
