Timothy A. Brant of Crawfordsville passed away Saturday evening at Majestic Care of Avon after several years of health issues.  He was 55.

Tim worked at Hi-Tek and other factories in the area.  He was also very active with Christian music and most recently worked as a stage hand for Sizzlin' Sounds.

Born Nov. 23, 1964 in Gary, Indiana, he was the son of Jordan Brant and Diana Little Brant.  He graduated from Merrillville High School.

Surviving family includes: son, Timothy J. Brant (Cortni) of rural Crawfordsville; grandson, Dracen Brant; four brothers, Glenn Brant, Jeff Brant, Tom Brant and Phil Brant.

Memorial services will be 3 PM on Friday, Oct. 30 ^th at Burkhart Funeral Home, 201 W. Wabash Avenue.  Visitation will be from 2 to 3 PM.
