Stanley L. Taylor of Crawfordsville, IN passed away on June 8, 2024 at Franciscan of Lafayette, he was 73.

Born in Salem Indiana on April 23, 1951 to Hobert and Loral Maudlin Taylor. After high school Stan attended Nashville Diesel College before working most of his career at Dicaperl Mineral Corporation in Crawfordsville. He was a former member of The Maurice Thompson Archery Club and the Crawfordsville Gun Club. In his spare time, he liked to hunt, trap shoot and play cards.

On February 13, 1971, Stan married Linda Gravenes and she survives.

Surviving family includes: wife Linda Taylor; children Scott (Allenia) Taylor and Angi Taylor; grandchildren Jerod Taylor, Zachary Taylor, Jacob Cramer, Cherokee Carlton, and Dakota Carlton; great-grandchildren Haydin Taylor, Ryder Taylor, Remmy Stewart, Rocki Carlton, Cole Negele, and Ethan Fruits; a sister Vicki Taylor and two nephews Mike and Trace.

Stan was preceded in death by his parents, and in-laws Cecil and Marie Gravenes.

Visitation for Stanley L. Taylor will be Wednesday June 12, 2024 at Burkhart Funeral Home in Crawfordsville from 11AM to 1PM. Service will follow at 1PM with burial after at Oak Hill Cemetery North. The family asks for everyone to come dressed casually.
