Ruth Myers of Crawfordsville passed away Friday night at home.  She was 87.

Born August 18, 1933 in Parke County, she was the daughter of Francis Leon Edwards and Gladys Opal Tinder Edwards.  She worked for many years at R.R. Donnelley, retiring from there.

Surviving family includes: two daughters, Ida Robertson and Dee (Gary) Johnson, both of Crawfordsville; three grandsons, Chris (Tammy), William (Shereese), and Brian Moore; several great-grandchildren.  She was the oldest girl in her family, with eight brothers and two sisters.

She was preceded in death by a son, Chester Klemans, grandson, Derek Shaw, son-in-law, Garry Robertson and six brothers.

Private graveside services will be held Tuesday at Wolf Creek Cemetery, south of Wallace.  Arrangements were made through Burkhart Funeral Home.
