Roger Wayne Adams of Crawfordsville passed away Saturday, June 14th in his home.  He was 66.

Roger worked for the state highway, county highway and Crawfordsville street department.  He also did carpentry work and owned a business called Walnut Fork Woodworking.

Born May 4, 1959 in Crawfordsville, he was the son of Alamander Rudell Adams and Oda Avon Calvert.  He graduated from Crawfordsville High School.  He married Laura Thompson Adams in 1985.  She passed away Feb. 13, 2023.

Surviving family includes: son, Seth Adams; daughter, Ashley Botchis; brother, Randy Adams; sister, Pam Arthur.  He loved his family more than anyone ever knew.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and a half-brother, Jim Whitaker.

A gathering to celebrate Roger's life will be held later this summer.  He will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery North.  Arrangements were entrusted to Burkhart Funeral home.
