Robert D. "Rob" Bacon, age 59, passed away on August 15, 2026 at Franciscan of Crawfordsville.

Born in Danville, Illinois to Richard and Maxine Lyons Bacon on October 23, 1966. He worked many years as a roofer and a farmer. Rob spent 40 years with his wife Rebecca Pickett Bacon. His favorite hobbies always included hunting, fishing and hunting for arrow heads.

Rob is survived by his wife Becky; daughter, Megan Pickett; son, Andrew Bacon; granddaughters; Khloe Knee, Jayden Nose, and Allie Gaskill; grandsons, Evan Knee and Nathan Nose; sister, Dawn Bacon; and nephew, Troy Bacon.

Rob was preceded in death by his parents; son, Todd Bacon; and several siblings.
