Robert "Bob" Wayne Allen, 75, of Crawfordsville, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2020.

Robert was born in Crawfordsville, Indiana to Carl Wayne and Edna Mae (Swank) Allen on September 30, 1944. He was a graduate of Crawfordsville High School.

He loved being outdoors and enjoyed playing a good round of golf. He liked to run errands and spending time with his wife and grandchildren. He loved to watch football and rooted for the Indianapolis Colts. He retired from a lifelong job at Allison Transmission and then worked part time driving local seniors to doctor's appointments and other errands in the Veedersburg community.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Carl Wayne and Edna Mae Allen; his wife Marilyn "Sue" Money, the love of his life ; great granddaughter Freya Waldon.

He is survived by his sister Barbara Denham of Crawfordsville. Also surviving are: a daughter, Angela M. (John) Collins of Rockville, Indiana; sons, Brian W. (Laura) Allen and Randall S. (Debbie) Allen, both of Crawfordsville; Grandchildren, Matthew & Darren Stark, Erynne & Nathan Allen, Hope (Stone), Charles & Grace Allen, Kristen & Kyle Percak; great-grandchildren, Chloie, Aubrey & Kayzli Stark. Jazmyn & Dekan Waldon, Delilah Stone.

Visitation will be 10 – 11:30am Saturday June 13, 2020 at Burkhart Funeral Home with a service starting at 11:30am. Reverend Mike Whitacre will officiate. Burial will follow immediately after at Oak Hill North Cemetery.
