Richard E. Brown Sr.,74, passed away on August 5, 2021. He was born in Clinton, IN and was the son of Brookshire and Cena Brown. He was retired and enjoyed helping with maintenance and mowing at Lake Holiday Hideaway where he resided. His hobbies included playing the guitar, mushroom hunting, motorcycle riding, woodworking, and fishing. He is survived by his wife Gladys Brown; children Richard (Nicole) Brown Jr.; Cena (Dave) Benziger; Patti (Myles) McDaniel; 19 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, one brother and two sisters. He will most be remembered for his outgoing personality, sense of humor and always being "mean and on'ry". Per his request, there will be no funeral services. Friends and family can honor his memory by having a "strawberry ice cream sundae in a 5-gallon bucket".
