Richard Lynn Ball III

June 6, 1994 to June 20, 2025

Richard "Ricky" Lynn Ball III passed away on June 20, 2025 at IU Methodist Hospital with his family by his side. He was 31.

Born June 6, 1994 to Richard Ball Jr and Tobie Vandivier Dagley in Lebanon, Indiana. After graduating High School, he went on to work construction. Ricky was all about his family and spending time with them. He enjoyed cooking, fishing, and hunting. Anything that had to do with the outdoors or camping. Ricky really enjoyed late night cruises to get his favorite snacks and playing video games.

Surviving family includes: parents; step- dad, Gordan; son, Mason Wyatt Ball; brothers, John Austin Ball, Dakota Ball and Alex Dagley; sisters Sydnie (Craig) Ball and Peyton (Adam) Ball; sister-in-law, Morgan Burton; grandparents, Richard Ball Sr., Monica Ball, John Vandivier and Patricia Vandivier; nieces and nephews, Hayden, Reilly, Jasper, Violet and one on the way; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Ricky was preceded in death by son Avery Greyson Ball.

Visitation for Ricky will be Sunday, June 29, 2025 from 2 PM until time of service at 5PM at Burkhart Funeral Home, 201 W Wabash Ave. Burial will take place privately at a later date.
