Remington Rae Harwood

Our little angel, gone too soon- Remington Rae Harwood, 3 1/2 months, passed away in her sleep on Monday, Sept. 29, 2025.  She was born in Danville, Indiana on June 12, 2025 to Jesse and Laina (Harper) Harwood.

In her very short three months, Remi filled our lives with joy, laughter and love that can never be filled.  She leaves behind her mommy, Laina Harwood; daddy, Jesse Harwood and her best friend and big brother, Ryder Harwood.  She also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, paternal grandparents, Jennifer and Kevin Harwood, great-grandparents Carolyn Shaw, William Shaw and Carol Springer; maternal grandmother, Jean Harper and great-grandmother, Dorothy Foster.

She was preceded in death by grandmother, Melissa Harwood, great-grandfathers, Jack Harwood and Harold Foster.

Visitation will be from 1 to 3 PM Tuesday, Oct. 7th at Burkhart Funeral Home.  Services will begin at 3 PM, led by Pastor Rod Andrews.
