Orel Minton of Crawfordsville passed away Saturday morning at Hickory Creek.  He was 91.

Born Oct. 8, 1931 in Windsor, Kentucky, he was the son of Willie Clay Minton and Ella Florence Minton.  Mr. Minton worked at RCA for 36 years.

Surviving family includes a son, Raymond Minton of Scottsburg, Indiana, his grandchildren, and several friends.

A service will be held Thursday, July 27th at the Jennies Chapel United Methodist Church, 5266 Merritt Ridge Road, Windsor, KY led by his friend, Pastor Vernon Dowell.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Arrangements were entrusted to Burkhart Funeral Home, Crawfordsville.
