Linda Gaye Lee

November 11, 1944 – February 25, 2024

Linda Lee of Crawfordsville, Indiana passed away peacefully after a long battle with dementia on February 25, 2024. She was 79.

Linda was born November 15,1944, in Casey County Kentucky to the late Fred Cox and Lillian Redford Cox. She retired after 20 years from the Marsh Grocery Store in Indianapolis. Linda loved reading James Patterson books and spending time with her family.

Survivors include: daughters, Stacy (Dallas) Rhude and Teresa Coffman; son, Ricky Lee; grandchildren, Zachary Anderson, Tyler Anderson, Joseph Rhude, Nicole Rhude; great-grandchildren, Anthony Anderson, and Jaxon Anderson; sisters, Hazel Wethington, Judy Moncel, Betty Cox, and Diana Lee; brother, Ronnie Cox.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Margie Awishes and Patsy Cox; brothers, Wayne Cox, and Jerry Cox.

Cremation was chosen by the family and no service is planned. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Burkhart Funeral Home.
