Keith David Goss of Muncie, formerly of Crawfordsville passed away Friday afternoon at home. He was 46.

Keith was born May 8 th , 1977, in Indianapolis. He grew up in Crawfordsville where he graduated from North Montgomery High school. Keith was an exemplary husband, father, as well as human being. He embodied the best of qualities: unconditional love, strength of spirit and an unending generosity that could be seen in his care for his parents, wife, children, as well as the lives he touched directly and in directly on any given day. He loved going out into his woodshop and just creating something from scratch so that he could give it to a loved one or friend. His departure comes as a great shock and a deep wound. It is gravely felt by his entire family and countless others who loved him deeply.

Surviving family includes wife, Darlene Goss of Muncie; daughter, Emily Goss of North Carolina; stepsons, Jacob, Benjamin, and Samuel Rowland of Muncie; mother and stepfather, Judy and Ron Harlos of Crawfordsville; sister Amanda Harlos and Brad Thomas of Crawfordsville; niece, Hayley Pruett of Crawfordsville; nephew, Hayden Thomas of Crawfordsville; stepbrother, Kristopher Harlos of Battle Ground. He was also loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by cousin, Kurtis Lewellen, grandparents, Eddie and Ocie Harrison, Leland and Faye Shelton.

A gathering in memory of Keith Goss will be held from 5 to 7 PM Friday at Burkhart Funeral Home.  Memorial services will begin at 7 PM.
