Joyce Ann Bruton

Joyce Ann Bruton, 85, of Crawfordsville passed away at Franciscan Health Lafayette East on January 9, 2025.

Born on June 5, 1939 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Bernard J. and May Irene Piercy Adams. Joyce retired from Colleen Gift shop. She was a member of the Moose Lodge and attended the Catholic Church. Joyce loved to travel and read.

Surviving family includes: husband, Joe Bruton; sons, Kurt (Erica) Bruton and Mike Bruton; daughter, Stacy (Dave) Weinrich; grandsons, Reece, Cameron, Jereth, and Jarod; sisters Beverly Harris, Rita Bevans and Bernadette Hall; and brothers, Tom Adams, and Bernard Adams.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, and sisters Mary-Lou Schneider and Rosemarie Adams.

Gathering of friends and family will be from 1 PM until the time of the service at 2PM, on Monday January 13, 2024 at Burkhart Funeral Home, 201 W Wabash Ave. Crawfordsville, IN. With burial to follow at Oak Hill North in the Green Burial section.
