Jason A. Baldwin of Lafayette passed away Monday at home.  He was 46.

Jason worked at Caterpillar in Lafayette.  He was a sports fan, especially the Boston Celtics and particularly Larry Bird.

Born June 16, 1979, he was the son of Steven A. Baldwin and Connie J. Pickett Baldwin.  He graduated from Crawfordsville High School and earned a bachelor's degree in business from Indiana State University.

Surviving family includes: two children, Hunter Baldwin and Brianna Baldwin; father, Steve Baldwin; two sisters, Jennifer Ledman and Dawn Baldwin; grandmother, Patricia Baldwin.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Connie Baldwin in 1988; paternal grandfather, Lawrence Baldwin and maternal grandparents, Don and Shirley Pickett.

Visitation will be from 10 AM to Noon on Friday, Aug. 29th at Burkhart Funeral Home, 201 West Wabash, Crawfordsville.  Services will begin at Noon.  After the service, he will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery North in Crawfordsville.
