Iii
Jun 27, 1969 — Oct 30, 2020
Harold Woodrow Weliver III, known as Hal to some and Howie to others, left his earthly body and stepped into the arms of Jesus, his Lord, on October 30, 2020. After living several years in Florida, Hal recently relocated back to Crawfordsville. He is survived by his loving parents Harold Woodrow II and Barbara (Newlin) Weliver of Crawfordsville, brothers Steve (Denise) Weliver of North Carolina, and Brandon Weliver of Colorado, and his loving companion, Alisha Billingsley, children, and grandchildren. He is also survived by nephews Trey Weliver of Colorado and Brecken Weliver of Florida, and niece, Ainsley Weliver of North Carolina as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Betty Zimmerman Porter and paternal grandparents Harold & Christine Weliver.
Hal was a 1987 graduate of North Montgomery High School. He most recently worked at Francis and Mount in Crawfordsville where he was known for his fun personality and infectious sense of humor. Hal's legacy is his quick smile, giving nature, and a love for family that knew no bounds. Hal is an organ donor and in his death continues to answer the prayers of many other families.
A private Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date.
The family requests any memorials in Hal's honor be sent to Team Mason. Team Mason is a non profit organization that promotes kidney and other organ donation and gives support to those families in need during the process. Donations can be sent through PayPal to kcurran90@gmail.com or checks mailed to Team Mason, 2173 E. Overcoat Road, Crawfordsville, IN 47933.
