Dianna Rose Waye of rural Waynetown, passed away in her home with her husband by her side at the age of 77.

Mrs. Waye was a hairdresser for 25 years.  She later worked as the office manager at R. Bee Furniture and retired from the office of Dr. Ledgerwood.  She was a graduate of Alamo High School and beauty school in Lafayette.

Born June 9, 1948 in Crawfordsville, she was the daughter of Lewis Fruits and Rachel Myers Fruits.  She married her caring husband, Ronald Waye.

Surviving family includes: husband, Ron Waye; sister, Verda Mills (Gene); brother, James Fruits (Reni); two sisters-in-law, Shirley Fruits and Judy Fruits; two brothers-in-law, Steve Waye (Susan) and David Waye (Cely); several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Dema Delp, two brothers, Russell Fruits and her twin brother, Dennis Fruits.

In keeping with her wishes, there will not be any public services.  Arrangements were entrusted to Burkhart Funeral Home.
