Debra Deveraux of Rensselaer passed away Tuesday at home.  She was 65 years old.

Debra was a nurse for many years in Jasper County and more recently worked at Donaldson Co.  She was a graduate of South Newton High School and attended college to earn her nursing degree.

Born July 27, 1955 in Rensselaer, she was the daughter of Robert Deveraux and Lillian Murchison Deveraux.  They preceded her in death.

Surviving family includes a sister, Laura Deveraux of Crawfordsville and a sister-in-law, Jennifer Smart, with whom she was close.

Her family will hold a private graveside service to bury her remains at the Oakland Cemetery in Morocco, Indiana.  Arrangements were made through Burkhart Funeral Home, Crawfordsville.
