Dawnn Elizabeth (Ayers) Messler

November 11, 1960 - June1 2025

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Dawnn Messler of Crawfordsville Indiana, formerly of Flint, Michigan, at the age of 64 after a brief illness.

Dawnn was born in Flint, Michigan in 1960 and was one of six children born to Rolland Robert Ayers and Ruth Elinor Vanderpyle Ayers. She graduated from Swartz Creek H.S. in 1978 furthering her education to become certified in Medical Coding. Later on she went into floral design. Dawnn married Timothy Messler in 1989, and together they embarked on a lifelong adventure.

Dawnn was a wife, mother and entrepreneur. Along with her husband, they started and ran a number of successful businesses, including: Apothecary school of pharmacy, a Nutraceutical and vitamin shop, Dawnn's diner and finally Dawnn's Deli in Crawfordsville, Indiana.

Dawnn was preceded in death by her Mom, Dad Sean and her brother John. She is survived by her brother, David Ayers, sister, Kathy Ayers, sister, Beth (Bob) Adams, sister, Tammi Ayers and many nieces and nephews.
