Dallas "Tex" Ingram

Dallas "Tex" Ingram passed away Sunday morning in an auto accident in the Macedon Ranges of Australia, near Bolinda.  He moved to Australia on Mother's Day, 2025 to be with his fiancé, Alexis Eslao.

Tex worked at Fibertech, before moving to Australia.  He loved gaming, animals and going to concerts by Disturbed and Breaking Benjamin.  He did a live-stream fundraiser for Riley Hospital every year where he would do silly things and prize giveaways.  He was a sports fan, especially the Indianapolis Colts and Oregon Ducks.

Born Feb. 7, 1994 in Evansville, he graduated from North Montgomery High School in 2012, where he played football.  He later attended IVY Tech and the University of Southern Indiana.

Surviving family includes: fiancé, whom he met during online gaming, Alexis Eslao of Australia; mother, Debbie Perkins (Angel Catoni) of Indiana; two brothers, Christian Ingram (Danyelle O'Neal) and Sean Perkins (Autumn Brown); grandparents, Richard and Claudia Tieken, Judy and John Perkins; uncles, Jeff Tieken (Karla) and Darryl Tieken (Da); cousins, Jacob Tieken, Josh Tieken (Kaylee), Taylor Tieken with her three children, Aliah, CeCe and Rosie, Brooke Tieken, Beau Tieken; nephews and nieces, Hunter, Kendall, Ember, Valley, Lyra and Archer; former step-father, Mike Perkins: many friends and other family members.

A celebration of his life will be held in Australia on July 25th at 11 AM local time, which is 9 PM on the 24th here in America.  A gathering to remember his life will be held in Indiana later this year.  Details will be announced when they become available.
