Connie Darlene Vance of Crawfordsville passed away on September 21 at Brownsburg Meadows. She was 80.

Born in Crawfordsville on January 26, 1945 to Ronald and Thelma Hanover Truby, she worked as a caregiver most of her life.

Surviving family includes her sons, Ron (Cheryl) Sabens, Jon (Chelly) Sabens, and Chris Sabens; grandchildren, Mitchell Sabens, Katharyn (Levi) Dillon, Kearston (Mitchell) Conway, Lindzy (Brandon) Porter, Kelsey Sabens, and Sydney (Jalen) Wiliams; great-grandchildren, Brett and Blakley Porter, Jaxton, Grayson and Isaac Conway, and Carson Dillon.

Preceding her in death were her parents, and former husbands John Sabens and Maurice Vance.

Per Connie's wishes cremation was chosen with no formal service.
