Beverly Jeanne Dunlap, 95, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 7, 2023 at Wellbrooke of Crawfordsville.

She was born to Pharos and Dorothy (Schmalzried) Wallace on August 4, 1928 in Buchanan, Michigan.  She graduated from Buchanan High School in 1946.  She married the love of her life, Kenneth Merle Dunlap, on September 27, 1947.  He preceded her in death in 2010.

Beverly was a precious devoted Christian woman who loved the Lord.  She was loved by her family and all those she met, always desiring to meet their needs.  She and Ken lived in Goshen, Indiana for 6 years before heading west.  She was a member of the Foothills Bible Church, formerly known as the Faith Baptist Church in Cave Creek, Arizona.  She attended the Darlington United Methodist Church.

She relocated to Darlington, Indiana in 2014 after living in Nevada and Arizona for 44 years.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Hampton and husband Dan of Darlington; her grandson, Brad Hampton; her great-granddaughter, Brittney Hall; her great-great granddaughter, Nadia Rose Mae Davis; sister-in-law, Jo Ann Dunlap of Granville, Ohio.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Marilyn and Ernest Keefer, her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Josephine and Gaylord Shreve; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Joseph and Ann Dunlap; her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Loirn Johnson; her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Karol and Rex Shreve; her brother-in-law, William Dunlap; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Frederick and Marsha Dunlap; two nieces and three nephews.

Graveside services will be held at the Greenlawn Cemetery, Darlington on Saturday, August 19th at 11 AM.
